TRS Training Ltd are working in partnership with the Road Haulage Association, Close Brothers Finance & numerous Haulage Companies situated in the areas listed below to provide LGV Driver apprenticeship training and a guaranteed Job on successful completion of the programme. Salary during the 12 month Apprenticeship Programme is £16,326 rising to between £18K & £30K on completion of the Apprenticeship Programme. Based on a 40 Hour Working Week.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Your apprenticeship will take a minimum of twelve months to complete, during which you will act as a Driver’s Mate, effectively shadowing a Driver on a daily basis and developing an in-depth understanding of the position and what it entails. Whilst supporting the Driver you will be the face of the company dealing directly with customers during deliveries. In addition to the Driver mentoring process you will also receive additional training and support from the TRS Training team to help you complete the programme successfully.

Following completion of the Apprenticeship programme you will become a fully trained LGV C Driver which comes with a significant pay rise once qualified. This is an exciting opportunity to learn a challenging skill-set alongside dedicated professionals where the learning aspects are very hands-on and you will earn a strong basic wage whilst you learn. Person Specification:

• Between 18 and 24 years of age
• Driving Licence
• A desire to work as part of a team and to work hard towards building a career.
• Diligent, enthusiastic and eager to learn
